For those who care...
This blog is the result of a conversation I had with some friends at an Independence Day BBQ. We were discussing the plights of being an active member of the church... and being chastised by our fellow brothers and sisters for choosing to register and vote for non-Republican candidates and issues.For the record, we recognize the agency that God has given us in this country to vote as we see fit. That being said, the purpose of this blog is to discuss our reasons for supporting certain candidates, measures, organizations, etc. We also hope to clear up some of myths and assumptions some of our fellow church members have expressed to us and others.
